    Gift not received

    I joined in November (almost 2 months ago). I never received my gift. Rotary Blades.

    There is no phone number listed and my email to Customer Service was returned.

    I just got mine last week, but 2 weeks after rejoining. TQS is VERY slow in responding to emails. Patience!

      Hmm... My gift came right away in November. Rotary blades. If I had the shop phone number, I would post that. Another year when I had a membership bonus issue, that worked best for me. I really don't think I kept that as it was written on a scrap of paper.

        I remember reading somewhere ?in a newsletter? that they were running out of some of the free gifts and would not be able to send those out until the new orders come in ?mid? January.
        With the holidays I would presume that they are also short staffed for the time being so will not be able to respond as quickly as they would like.
        So far I have always received everything - Might just have to be a little more patient.

              well they also said free membership with quilt kit purchase NEVER happened for me i did not renew because of that and now my account has expired two emails and one phone call later.Have not heard anything can not access BOM pattern for 2018 kit.

                  We are in a good news-bad news situation!
                  Good News - we can always be contacted via phone or email. The contact information can be found on the site in "About Us" or "Contact Us"
                  Bad News - We are flooded with phone calls and emails ;( We are doing our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. It may take a few days for us to catch up and respond to each email and phone call - but we will respond to each email and phone call!
                  Back Orders on Gift - we are still in the process of packaging and mailing all the gifts - they will go out.
                  Confusion on STAR Renewal - Yes, we said your membership would be renewed with the purchase of the 2018 Block of the Month. When the 2018 BOM kit is mailed (and yes we have some backorders we are working on to get filled) there is a postcard with a renewal code in the package. You will need to purchase or renew the membership and use the code to offset the price. We realize the confusion this is causing and do apologize.
                  Again - all of us at TQS appreciate your patronage and your patience as we work through these issues.
