    Rulers??

Is there such a quilt ruled with the markings of a 1/16th of an inch?

Most of mine are marked 1/4", a few are marked 1/8". With the variables of getting a true 1/4" (some prefer a scant 1/4") seam and the "give" of fabric, I can't imagine much need for a 1/16th measurement. You could probably eyeball the halfway point between two 1/8" marks.

Look on Marsha McCloskey's web site- she does feathered stars and uses a couple of rulers with close markings.

I have needed 1/16th and just eyeballed it on a ruler with 1/8ths.
