Is there such a quilt ruled with the markings of a 1/16th of an inch? -
Most of mine are marked 1/4", a few are marked 1/8". With the variables of getting a true 1/4" (some prefer a scant 1/4") seam and the "give" of fabric, I can't imagine much need for a 1/16th measurement. You could probably eyeball the halfway point between two 1/8" marks.
