    T-shirt quilt

Working on a quilt for my son. What is the best stabilizer for t-shirt logo when you incorporate into a quilt??
Son has returned from Afghanistan with PTSD and I am making this quilt to wrap him in his military career!. Using t-shirts and embroidered patches . Want to be sure the quilt will be soft and cuddly so need the very best info on stabilizing those t-shirts.
    Thanks,
    Mimi

I use the featherweight fusible interfacing that one can get at a big-box store. (Rare time I shop in there...) You only need a touch of interfacing to stabilize and this way it won't make more bulk. I use the non-woven fusible. Don't buy the knit fusible, you don't want to allow stretching.

I have PTSD as well. Learning to live with it and mostly it doesn't flare as much now. He will appreciate all the love you give him. The quilt is a great idea!
