I knew I liked you all.... you get my logic about right and left!

And, I stopped wearing a watch in 1980. My first husband left me and I took off the watch he had given me as a wedding gift. Dumped 180 pounds and never needed it back! It's pretty easy now to find the time with my smart phone. But for many years I knew what time it was by where the sun was in the sky. On cloudy days, I just faked it. I caught lots of airplanes for work, and never had a problem. When people would ask me what time it was I would say "I don't know. I'm timeless." No one asks that anymore do they?

Tomorrow is laundry and sewing. Yay! I need a day to myself.

    see ya, geneva

We certainly are a cheerful slightly crazy bunch. Speaking of which, where's Lois?
I was gone for almost a week and a half. Went to San Diego with my husband while he attended a meeting and from there we went to Elko, NV to visit with my daughter and her family. Now I am home and enjoying the chatter, craziness and eye candy.

        Welcome back, Lois!
In honour of your return from Elko: golden chocolate hearts! BTW I've heard good things about visiting San Diego too!

More eye candy - the calorie-free kind!

Gosh Lois - We live 1 1/2 hours north of San Diego we do enjoy visiting that area.
          Great candy Terrie!

Pretty red row, Wendy. I'm curious about block size?? Knowing Andre has a touch for small....

I know  It's 6 1/2" wide so biggest triangle is 6" and smallest must be 1/2". They are superb and pieced not even foundation used.

Very, very nice Andr?e and Wendy! Beautiful colors, nice neat work! Lucky Wendy. FYI.......we can make a five block row of 6" blocks, if we add 1" of sashing in between each block, as Andrèe did. Great for changing our rows up a bit!

I'm glad you like it Wendy!
The blocks are: flying geese; flock of birds; birds of paradise; birds in flight; duck and ducklings.
It flew quite quickly, I left it at the post office just saturday!

                            Wonderful row Wendy/Andree.

Sorry I couldn't find any birthday cake to share, hope you don't mind some matured Christmas cake instead

With tea as well - just make sure the water is boiling hot to brew properly

Had a great day out to Bishop Auckland to see an exhibition called Plots and Spangles, Catholic vestements embroidered by one of the daughters of the Gun Powder Plot conspiritors, so dating back to 1630's-60's, and they were stunning. Will add some photos when I get them downloaded
