My membership expires in December. That is a busy month for me, so I have now tried several times to get that out of the way, but when I click on RENEW MEMBERSHIP all I get is the same screen. There is no place to pay.
What am I doing wrong?

Beth, sorry you are having that problem. I sent a message to customer service to help you renew. In the future, click on "Contact" at the top of any page and then you will see several options to contact customer service by phone or email.
