How do I find detailed contents of past episodes?

I have asked a form of this question before and was told to use the search feature. That hasn't helped me find what I am looking for. I remember seeing Ricky demonstrating putting on a binding. It might have been a piped binding. Maybe I am not entering the right words in the search engine. I really wish there was an index on the cite for all the shows to help find demonstrations of techniques so I can go back and easily find the demonstration of a technique when I want to put it to use. Often these demos are not easily related to the guest artist and so I don't know where to start looking. I get so frustrated because I'd rather be quilting than doing one unsuccessful search after another. Last night was starting to play old episodes and scan through them to try and find Ricky's demo and that was just taking way too long. Can anyone help me? Thanks! Lois

There is also a helpful spreadsheet compiled by Norma that can be accessed here: http://forum/forum-questions-and-sug...-the-tqs-forum
They are listed at the bottom of the first comment.

Lois, in My Account there is a section for 'my shows'. I go into this and hover the mouse over the shows which then gives me a synopsis of what happens in that show. I can usually find what I am looking for from that.

Thanks Rita! That is a great list... that I hadn't found yet.

Maybe, YOU should copy and paste your list into a new thread then others can add to it. This question comes up all the time.

Thanks everyone for your help and ideas. Karen gave me the information I needed. I knew about hovering over the picture under my shows. The problem was I had seen the episode in question on a DVD I had purchased. It had aired prior to the time I became a member. Hovering only works for episodes that you can stream. Perhaps you can hover over episodes you are considering purchasing. But that is very time consuming when you want to quickly refer to a skill you are working on and want to get down to business with the sewing. When I quickly want to refer to a tutorial from an old episode I am just going to have to call on Karen. I am interested in how Karen keeps that information. Do you just keep a list of tutorials you know you'll want to review from time to time. When I entered bindings on the search engine the results were overwhelming. When I entered Ricky+quilt binding I got nothing. What should I have entered to have a successful result. Thanks! Lois

It is just a list of tutorials that I would want to check back on like you've said Lois. If someone asks for one of those I can help pretty quickly. Other times I just look through the show lists checking what sounds familiar. I started working on an index but had to stop to finish other stuff for awhile. I'll be sure to post it if I get further.
