Thank you so much Alex, for providing us with the “live” video forum throughout the week. I’ve appreciated your candidness and compassion to help us all through these challenging days! I too, have been separated from my adult daughter who lives in a group home. During that time, the Sequoia Sampler really helped me stay upbeat. Then my daughter came to stay with us for several months, so my quilting was on hold. Things are improving for our family now and so I finally got my sampler quilted!
Again, thank you for your teaching and approachable personality! I feel like I could sit next to you at quilt retreat and just enjoy a friendship that was always there!

PS — I attended and enjoyed a lecture that you did at Hoover’s Bernina in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania several years ago. That Leon! Don’t look him in the eyes or you’ll go home with a new sewing machine! Yep, happened to me!
